Subsequently, a descaling agent (non corrosive to materials other than aluminum and zinc plating) is added for scale immersion, dissolution, and cleaning. After reaching the soaking time of the descaling agent, rinse with clean water.
Due to the accumulation of thick scale in the cooling furnace, it is necessary to clean layer by layer and repeat the soaking process until no scale is dissolved. The cleaning work is completed and the equipment is assembled.
Cleaning effect: The equipment can only add 2 kilograms of water from the beginning to over 200 kilograms of water now, and the expected cleaning effect has been achieved. For scale that has not yet dissolved, it is useless to clean it with any medication. Through cleaning experience and analysis of scale samples, it was discussed that the solution is to restore the equipment to operation. During operation, an additional cleaning agent is added to gradually loosen and disperse the scale, which takes about 1-2 months. After adding the scale remover, the sewage discharge is strengthened to discharge the dissolved scale. After 2 months, online recycling cleaning can be carried out, and the effect will be better.
